Brief
In spite of the pandemic and the nationwide lockdown, Keventer wanted to ensure the optimal availability of wholesome nutrition for their customers.
Challenge
With the virus lurking at every corner, Keventer had to ensure that its customers could locate their products easily, quickly and safely. The Keventer app was still in the making, so customers would be required to physically go to the store to pick up their products. The challenge was to ensure customers could avail Keventer products as quickly, easily and safely as possible.
Strategy
The solution Brandsum created for Keventer was simple. Enter - the Store Locator. An entire page on the Keventer website was dedicated to the Store Locator. This feature locates the store closest to them from where they could avail the Keventer product of their choice. With supply chains in disarray, it was uncertain as to which stores which house the product that the customer required. Once a user is on the Store Locator page, they have the option of selecting from a wide variety of essential products like Milk, Bananas and Frozen Foods.
Once they choose a product, they have two options: either enter their pincode, which in turn would help locate stores closest to them, or allow the Keventer website to detect their location. Using mobile targeting via GPS to track their location, we were in turn able to find a store closest to them from where they could avail their essential Keventer products. This seamless experience ensured that the customer could locate the entire range of essential Keventer products easily and without any hassle of searching multiple stores, which isn’t safe during this pandemic.
Once the user was able to locate the store closest to them, they could simply call the store with a single click for further queries! Users were also given an option to ‘Get Directions’, making it easier to locate for them.
Promotions were carried out across digital mediums, which included Google Display Network and social media ads on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Targeting was done to maximize conversions via regular social media posts and stories, which garnered a lot of engagement.
Execution
Despite working remotely from home, our tech team at Brandsum was able to build the Store Locator for Keventer in a matter of days. The Brandsum team working on this planned and executed campaigns across multiple social media channels for awareness and reach.

A total of 2,113 actions were taken for directions to the store and 412 actions for calls. The campaign garnered 22,621,434 impressions and 2,02,360 website clicks.
Brandsum was also able to capture the data of over 10,000 users which will further be used to reach out to customers via Whatsapp Business or direct marketing channels.
With the Store Locator, customers not only saved time and energy, but were also safe.
