Quest is the luxury shopping destination for the East. It houses the most iconic fashion brands and makes users privy to some of the most sought-after fine dining experiences. Events and offers are commonplace to the mall – making it the need of the hour to keep the consumers updated about the same.
While Quest had an existing website and even an app, it did not reflect the hustle-bustle and liveliness that the mall was synonymous with. Brandsum decided to take it upon themselves and mirror the buzz and vibe of the mall onto the website and the app and make it as dynamic.
The first call of order was the aesthetic facelift of both the platforms. The team at Brandsum suggested a brighter and more uniform colour palette for the mall which reflected the young consumers mindset who frequented the mall and were most likely to use the website and app.
Only a cosmetic fix would not cut it, and therefore the team identified that to let people know about all that was happening at the mall – things had to reflect in real-time. An integrated CMS was created that helped drive updates to consumers simultaneously via the app and website, instead of it happening in silos.
While the agency was ready to go live with the revamped look and feel, Quest decided to launch a new logo. Needless to say, that the digital assets had to incorporate the same – leading to the second redesign of the assets.
The team at Brandsum also knew that an app had to compete for phone space not just with director competitors, but with the likes of the Ubers and Zomatos of the world. New and exciting features were specifically built for the app that would emphasize its utility even more and make the user want to use it time and again.

Brandsum launched the Quest app with all these features and more on both the App Store for iOS and the Play Store for Android. The app received more than 1000 downloads within a fortnight of being launched!
Brandsum knew that Quest had the potential to evangelize the youth and to do so – the agency suggested the first-ever influencer outreach program for a mall in the East – Quest Trendsetter.
With Quest Trendsetter, Brandsum has begun the search for the best talent pool who will share the responsibility of promoting the mall and holding it in the highest regard by doing what they do best – influencing people with their content.
Unlike other influencer outreach programs, Quest Trendsetter will lead to a brand and influencers coming together to co-create content and connect with the audiences in a mutually beneficial way. The Trendsetters will be rewarded with various perks instead of the usual one-time merchandize and post exchange.
To facilitate this, Brandsum has created an entire microsite where interested participants can register and submit a portfolio of sorts. The microsite has already received 1000s of visits and over 500 completed registrations and counting, within days of being launched. Out of all the entries received, only 3 have been shortlisted so far.
The app and website too have been updated with a section driving traffic to the Quest Trendsetter microsite, thus furthering the philosophy of omni-channel and integrated marketing!
